Utilizing Clean Energy
We have made a significant investment in renewable energy by installing a 470kW rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) system. With a capacity of 470 kilowatts, this system harnesses the power of the sun to generate clean, renewable energy for our operations. We are helping combat climate change and are creating a more sustainable future by utilizing solar power, reducing our reliance on fossil fuels and decreasing our carbon emissions.
LED Lighting Retrofit
In an effort to minimize energy consumption and enhance efficiency, we have replaced all lighting fixtures throughout our facilities with energy-efficient LED bulbs. This has resulted in consuming less electricity and reducing our energy usage, as well as our carbon footprint.
Waste Reduction Program
At Putnam, we understand the importance of waste management. That’s why we have implemented a comprehensive waste reduction program to help minimize the amount of waste we generate. Through initiatives such as employee training and process improvements, we have achieved a remarkable 10% reduction in waste across our operations.
